Thank you for shopping with the Give Black Alliance (GBA) Store. Below is our current shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing high order volume or your item is custom or made-to-order, processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping through major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), depending on your location and product type.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing (if applicable)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to customers within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@giveblackall.org with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve it.
