Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with the Give Black Alliance (GBA) Store. We value your support and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

  • Certain items, such as gift cards and digital downloads, are non-refundable

To initiate a return, please contact us at store@giveblackall.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
